<p>PURPOSE:To repair the defective part of an underground pipe at a damp ground zone by spouting a water absorptive resin into the earth from the defective part, etc., of the underground pipe, and then lining the inner surface of the underground pipe. CONSTITUTION:The water absorptive resin composition A is forced into the underground pipe 1 having a corrosion hole or a defective part 1c from its one end, and spouted into the earth from the corrosion hole or the defective part 1c. Infiltration of water into the underground pipe 1 is prevented by the water stopping action of the spouted water absorptive resin composition A, and then the inner surface of the underground pipe 1 is lined. The water absorptive resin composition is prepared by incorporating 0-50pts.wt. inorg. filler into 100pts.wt. mixture contg. 10-99.9pts.wt. hydrophilic solvent and 0.1-90pts. wt. water absorptive resin. Polyacrylate resin, etc., are exemplified as the water absorptive resin.</p> |
