<p>PURPOSE:To utilize cooled brine as the cooling cryogen of a transport cold reserving truck, by incorporating a liquefied gas evaporator in a brine tank so that brine can absorb evaporation heat, generated when liquid to be handled is evaporated. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum container 1 is constituted of a vacuum pump 2, a cold trap 3 for catching steam generated from perishables at the time of evacuation and a gas introducing valve 4 for substituting gas after vacuum cooling is performed. For example, a tank 10 is filled with nitrogen and carbon dioxide, and said liquids are evaporated through an expansion valve 9 and an evaporator 8 to be introduced into the vacuum container 1 from the gas introducing valve 4. The evaporator 8 is incorporated in a brine tank 11 and can be heat- exchanged with the brine in the brine tank 11. The brine in the brine tank 11 is also cooled by the heat-exchanger 13 from a refrigeration machine 12. This brine is sent to the heat exchanger 25 introduced into the cold trap 3 through a brine pump 14. The container 16 for receiving a transport container is arranged on the bed of a truck 15.</p> |
