PURPOSE:To eliminate connection of wire and facilitate a modification of fixing by a method wherein an A/D converter for making a digital signal of an output of a sensor for detecting an environmental supervising information, an infrared-ray data transmittance unit for transmitting through an optical space to a receiving terminal and a power supply unit are provided. CONSTITUTION:A receiving terminal 16 connected to a central processing unit CPU is installed on a ceiling of a room of a building 20 provided with an air conditioning blowing port and an air conditioning suction port. The receiving terminal 16 may transmit or receive a signal between it and an environmental supervising information transmittance unit 1 and also perform this operation with environmental supervising information through a line 9 between it and the central processing unit CPU. The device 1 is hung on a wall or mounted on a table or the like, and its knob 4 is operated to adjust a transmittance or receiving part 5 to be directed toward a terminal 16. In this way, sensor data such as temperature, humidity and gas concentration or the like in the room 20 are A/D converted through the transmittance or receiving part 5 and sent to the receiving terminal 16 at the ceiling surface. After this operation, the data are collected at the central processing unit CPU, compared with data in each of the rooms and calculated to drive an air conditioner equipment 18, and so the most suitable condition can be maintained.
