NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I {R1 is 1-10C alkyl, 4-7C cycloalkyl, (substituted)phenyl, (substituted)naphthyl, etc.; R3 is formula II or III [formula IV is benzene, cyclopentane ring, etc.; R4 is H, 1-10C alkyl or benzyl; p is 0 or 1; q is 1-3; X is (substituted)phenyl, 4-8C cycloalkyl, etc.; Y is H or lower alkyl; W is single bond, -O- or -NH-; T is single bond, -S( O)- or -S-; m is 2 or 3} and salts thereof. EXAMPLE:(2S,3aS,7aS)-1-(N<2>-Pyridylcarbonyl-L-lysyl-gamma-D-glutamyl) octahydro-1H- indole-2-carboxylic acid. USE:A treating agent having hypotensive action for preventing and treating diseases of hypertension, congestive heart failure or others in cardiovascular systems.
