PURPOSE:To simplify a device, by taking out a stick, contained in two rows in a stick case, while circulating in the case by alternately controlling the first and second longitudinal stick inserting members and a lateral case displacing mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A device contains plural sticks 13 in two rows in a stick case 14 and stores parts in a stick 13. The device provides a parts supply part 15 and a stick waiting part 17 before and after the case 14, first and second stick inserting members 16, 18 facing respectively to those parts 15, 17 and a displacing mechanism 19 of the case 14 in the lateral position. When supply of parts is finished in the stick 13 provided in the supply part 15, the device presses the stick 13 by the inserting member 16 extruding the last stick in the case 14 to the waiting part 17. And the device, changing a position of the stick 13 in the second row in the case 14 to the first row by the displacing mechanism 19 and pressing the stick in the waiting part by actuating the inserting member 18, extrudes the first stick in the second row to the supply part 15.
