PURPOSE:To smoothen the operations to open and close the bag by allowing the diagonal line on the bag opening between the ends of the bag openers on both left and right sides to coincide with the operation direction of the arm connecting the slider. CONSTITUTION:After the motors MA, MB expanding the bag opening is stopped with the bag-sensing switch S1, the unit for filling the bag B is operated. While the motors MA, MB and are stopped, the connecting arm 18 starts operation by start of the chain-driving motor N to act on the driving part 5a so that the cereal-feeding output 5A comes down and the first shutter 7 opens. When sensor S3 tells that the bag is filled with the cereal, the connecting arm 18 turns to close the first shutter 7. Further, the arm 18 moves over its waiting position to connect to the slider 9 and close fastener 20. At this time, the sensor S2 for detecting the bag inserted in the second shutter detects the removal of the bag from the opening of the second shutter and the eyelet hole 2 is shifted backward in the back-sending direction.
