<p>The liquid, hardening plastics coating is distributed over a bottle surface, by a vertical supported sponge soaked in liquid plastics. The dosing sponge (1) is fitted to a vertical support (2) with a leg (3) fitted to a fixed frame (4). The liquid plastics coating is fed into sponge by pipe line (5), connected to supply lines (6). Sponge stretches around distributor (8) which includes hub (9) fitted to spindle (10) with sleeve (11) to form collar (12). To both sides of rollers (21) is fitted a base plate (14) with roller (25).</p> |
