<p>A device on hand-held power tools for transmitting torque to percussion drilling tools has at least two rotary entrainment grooves, opening out at the end of the tool shaft, into which engage ridge-shaped rotary drivers on the tool holder, each having corresponding, at least aproximately plane flanks, and with locking elements arranged in the tool holder and co-operating with two diametrically opposed recesses in the tool shaft, said recesses being closed on both sides. To prevent incorrect insertion of tools with badly worn grooves, the grooves are distributed over the periphery of the tool shaft (5, 13, 17, 22, 28) in such a way that two rotary entrainment grooves (9, 14, 15, 16, 18-21, 23-27, 29-31, 49, 59) can never be located diametrically opposite each other.</p> |
