PURPOSE:To carry out efficient cleaning and to prevent residence of residual liquid of nylon reaction injection liquid, by feeding air and water from a metering device part, switching over properly feeding and cycling paths of the nylon reaction injection liquid and thereby cleaning them successively. CONSTITUTION:After a cleaning valve 3 is opened and a nylon reaction injection liquid is discharged, a feed controlling valve 20 and a bypass controlling valve 21 of a feed path 7 are closed. An air inlet valve 24 of a metering device 5 is opened and for example, air of a specific pressure is charged. As shown with arrow marks 1, the air passes through a mixing head 6 and a return- recycling path 8 from a feeding path 7 after the metering device 5 and discharged from a discharge valve 9 of a feed tank 2 part. Then, an inlet cock 17 and a return cock 18 of the mixing head 6 are closed and a bypass controlling valve 21 are opened. As shown with arrow marks 3, the air is discharged from a discharge valve 9. Finally, the bypass controlling valve 21 is closed and the feed controlling valve 20 is opened. As shown with arrow marks 2, the air is discharged from the discharge valve 9. |
