PURPOSE:To make ceramics system superconductive materials easily available as flexible wire materials or foils by filling a solid body into a metal tube, the solid body is obtained with ceramics system superconductive substance component blended materials introduced in a blowout current of a high temperature gas, and melted then solidified, after that by heat treating the solid body at below the melting temperature of the ceramics system superconductive substance. CONSTITUTION:When ceramics system superconductive substance component blended materials are introduced in a blowout current of a high temperature gas and melted, melting and solidifying is made in a moment, a solid body of a homogeneous superconductive substance can be obtained, furthermore, the solid body can be made to a spherical or fiber state. Superconductive characteristics are shown by crystallizing the solid body with heat treatment made before the solid body filled in a metal tube or after wire material processing with filled in the metal tube though superconductive characteristics are not shown in as the solid body is as obtained intactly. The heat treatment must be conducted at a lower temperature than the melting temperature because when a heat treatment temperature is higher than the melting temperature of the solid body, segregation of a component occurs and homogeneity is detracted. The solid body of a long fiber is to be a string or cord state and a short fiber to be formed in the cord state by pressing, etc., then they are filled in the metal tube. This enables a product wire of high flexibility to be obtained.
