PURPOSE:To bring a cancerous cell to deformation necrosis, by providing a heating part by an electric heater and a thermometric body measuring the temp. of the heating part in the vicinity of the leading end part of a drainage tube in the treatment of cholangiocarcinoma and heating the heating part inserted in a cancerous part to specific temp. CONSTITUTION:After percutaneous bile duct drainage through the liver is performed for about one week to reduce jaundice, a drainage tube 1 is further pushed in toward the duodenum D to be allowed to pierce a cancerous part (k) and the position of a heating part 2 is allowed to coincide with the cancerous part (k). Next, the temp. setting of a temp. control means 4 is performed so as to hold the temp. of the heating part 2 to about 41 deg.C and a heating time is set to about 30min-1hr to perform the hyperthermia of the cancerous part (k). About 41 deg.C being the set temp. of the heating part 2 is the temp. bringing an cancerous cell to deformation necrosis and the temp. bringing a normal tissue cell to deformation necrosis is about 43 deg.C higher by 2 deg.C than said temp. and, therefore, by controlling the heating part 2 so as to enter a range of 41-43 deg.C, only the cancerous cell can be directly and effectively subjected to hyperthermia.
