PURPOSE:To simultaneously perform the observational photographing of the blood vessel of the eyeground due to fluorescence and the usual observational photographing of the eyeground, by constituting the title retinal cameral of the first light receiving part for receiving only light having the same wavelength as laser beam and the second light receiving part receiving only the light having a fluorescence wavelength from the blood vessel of the eyeground. CONSTITUTION:When fluorescent photographing is performed, the fluorescent agent in the blood vessel of the eyeground is excited by laser beam to emit fluorescence which is, in turn, received by a photomultiplier tube 20 through the second receiving system to be stored in the third memory 49 or the fourth memory 50 as a digital signal at every one frame. This signal is alternately called out to be inputted to a VTR 56 through a D/A converter 52 and a video signal generating circuit 53. The output from the video signal generating circuit 53 is inputted to a TV monitor 47 through an image synthesizing apparatus 46 and can be observed on the TV monitor 47. The outputs from video signal generating circuits 42, 53 are synthesized to be inputted to the TV monitor 47 and can be observed in a superposed state on the TV monitor 47.
