<p>PURPOSE:To provide a vessel capable of storing vegetables in fresh state over a long period, by sealing a cold-keeping material in a double-wall formed at the circumference of the vessel and using a moisture-permeable membrane as a lid of the vessel. CONSTITUTION:A double-wall 12 is formed of an outer wall 13 and an inner wall 14 of a top-opened vessel 10. Proper ridges 14' are protruded from the inner surface of the inner wall 14. A cold-keeping agent 15 is sealed in the space of the double-wall 12. A lid 11 of the vessel is a moisture-permeable membrane 17 welded to a surface of a plastic flat plate 16 having a number of perforations opposite to a region inside of the inner wall 14. A plastic frame 18 is bonded to the outer circumference of the flat plate 16 to form a lid 11. The upper edge of the opening of the vessel 10 is formed to be engaged with the lower end of the frame 18 of the lid 11 to get a hermetically closed state.</p> |
