PURPOSE:To improve safety by arranging a base frame having right and left side frames and a carrying conveyor at a position on the body close to the lower edge of garbage throw-in port and providing burrier boards to the right and left side frames closely to the garbage throw-in port. CONSTITUTION:A base frame 6 is rotated around a supporting shaft 11 and tilted horizontally rearward so as to drive an endless belt 17. Garbage is thrown onto the belt 17 and carried to a throw-in port where it is packed by means of a garbage packing machine. With such arrangement, a worker can throw garbage from the rear of the base frame 6 where a burrier board 13 prevents the hand of the worker from reaching to the packing machine so as to improve safety.
