PURPOSE:To easily and accurately set revolving shaft parameters by selecting the revolving angle of a 2nd revolving shaft, revolving a 1st revolving shaft and using the irradiating point of a laser beam condensed and projected on an XY coordinate plane at the start point and the terminal point. CONSTITUTION:When the irradiating optical axis S3 intersected at right angles to the 2nd revolving shaft theta2 of a revolving head for laser beam machining is intersected at right angles to an XY coordinate plane, the revolving angle thetaof the 2nd revolving shaft theta2 takes the datum angle (theta=0). Zero degree (0 deg.) and adequate values are selected to this angle. Before and after the revolving angle thetaX of the 1st revolving shaft theta1 is rotated by a prescribed angle, a laser beam is condensed and projected on the surface of this plate material 3. using the distances between these traces irradiated by laser beam are counted a distance L1 between a condensed point as a revolving shaft parameter, P1 and the 1st revolving shaft theta1 and a distance L2 between the condensed point P1 and the 2nd revolving shaft theta2. |
