PURPOSE:To manufacture a regenerated tire with good workability and productivity by mounting a seal plate on a shoulder section of a ring-shaped precured tread through a bonding section and retaining airtightness by means of said seal plate simply and easily. CONSTITUTION:A seal plate 3 is bonded with a casing closely by applying a precured tread 6 to the casing, adhering seal plate 3 over the casing and utilizing the self-tightening action generated by rubber elasticity of the seal plate 3. Then, in order to improve the bonding seal properties of the casing and the seal plate, for example, butyl cement is applied to the seal plate surface in contact with the casing. A space 10 formed facing a regenerated surface of the seal plate 3 is filled with a cushion rubber 9, fluidized and cured in the following vulcanizing process, and in above-referred case, the cushion rubber 9 can be cured over both of the tread section and the casing to be integrated. The same is put in a vulcanizer and vulcanized, and the seal plate 3 is removed after vulcanization. The seal plate can be removed from a notch 7 by means of a knife or the like.
