<p>An organic or inorganic base metal compound is thermally decomposed to form a metallic oxide. The metallic oxide is then heat-treated and reduced to give a thin film of said metal. The obtained thin film can be applied to a temperature sensor, a magnetic sensor, and a ceramic wiring board.</p> |
