<p>PURPOSE:To attempt 10 improve interlayer adhesive property, surface flatness and peeling strength of a metal foil, by elevating molding pressure during heat molding in the reduced pressure molding of a laminated plate. CONSTITUTION:For example, a glass cloth is coated and impregnated with an epoxy resin and heated and dried to obtain a prepreg. Copper foils are placed on both faces of eight pieces of laminated prepregs to obtain a set of laminated constitution. The prepreg constitutions and mirror face stainless steel plates are alternatively piled up to 12 sets so as to obtain 12 sheets of copper-clad laminated plates per one stage of a press. Then, 5 sheets of craft papers are placed on the upper and lower sides as a cushion material for molding. An upper plate is placed on the upper side cushion to make one stage part of the press molding and for example 30 stage parts are prepared in the similar way. They are inserted between press hot plates. Then, thermal press molding is carried out for example at the reduced pressure condition of 50mmHg, the hot plate temp. of 175 deg.C, initial molding pressure of 10kg/cm<2>, and the last-half molding pressure of 30kg/cm<2> to obtain copper-clad laminated plates having improved peel strength.</p> |
