PURPOSE:To enhance efficiency of an operator by repeating the injection molding processes while ignoring the result of monitoring, collecting the criterion value dururing the preset injection molding processing of given numbers, and judging whether any abnormality is or not basing on the criterion value after the complection of the given numbers of injection molding processes. CONSTITUTION:When an abnormality such as a defective product or the like is generated, a monitoring device 13 judges whether an injection molding process is the one carried out after the completion of preset shot numbers (for example, two times) or not. If not, a step control signal S4 to express an affirmative result in the state of test mode is transmitted into a drive control device 11, basing which the drive control device 11 carries out a projecting action. On the other hand, if the result is affirmative, the step control signal S4 to express the prohibition of clamping and projection actions in the state of monitoring mode is transmitted into the drive control device 11, and an alarming sound such as a buzzer is stated to call an operator after the clamping and projecting actions of an injection molding machine main body 1 is prohibited. |
