PURPOSE:To rapidly return to raw water when water intake is started by filling the liq. stagnation part in the title module with an adhesive to reduce the amt. of the water with decreased purity accumulated in the module when water intake is stopped. CONSTITUTION:A raw water inlet nozzle 11 is provided on the side of a housing, a permeated water nozzle 12 is furnished on the housing, and the adhesive 18 is filled to eliminate the stagnation part of raw water to prepare the hollow yarn-type ultrafilter membrane module. The module is used as the ultrapure water filter at the point of use. The raw water is introduced from the inlet nozzle 11, permeated through a hollow yarn 17 from the outside to the inside, and discharged from the permeated water nozzle 12. Since the adhesive 18 is thus filled, the water entering from the inlet hardly stagnates and is discharged from the outlet. Accordingly, the resistivity and TOC are recovered rapidly to normal at the time of water intake starting after the water intake is stopped. |
