PURPOSE:To prevent the breakdown of apparatus or the overflowing of bag contents by restarting the bag filling operation of this time from the discharging action when the previous operation has been interrupted during the discharging action of grains and by restarting from the upward motion of the discharging outlet portion when the previous operation has been interrupted in the operating conditions other than the discharging action. CONSTITUTION:When previous bag filling operation is interrupted with an actuator 52 positioned between positions P5 and P2, the actuator 52 is moved to a terminal position P2. When a shutter 32 is released with the power source on, grains are discharged from a discharge outlet portion 33 into an unhulled rice bag 2. On the other hand, upon interruption of the bag filling operation at a point at which the previous unhulled rice bag 2 is filled up, an unhulled rice sensor S5 is turned on to close the shutter 32. When the actuator 52 is not positioned either between the positions P5 and P2 or at an initial position P1, the actuator 52 is moved to a position P4 to reversely rotate a chain motor M1, thereby stopping the actuator at the initial position P1. The actuator 52 engages with a discharge outlet portion moving means 53 to upwardly move the discharge outlet portion 33. Therefore, the collision of the first unhulled rice bag 2 in the grain receiving position with the discharge outlet portion 33 is avoided, resulting in the prevention of apparatus breakdown.
