PURPOSE:To enable the state of the physical quantity of the surface or the inside of a material to be made visible on the surface of the material, by a method wherein a signal input part of a sensor detecting the physical quantity of the surface or the inside of the material is provided, and a liquid drip is applied to the signal generating part of the material surface when a predetermined physical quantity of the material is detected. CONSTITUTION:An optical sensor 1 detecting the physical quantity of a material M irradiates the surface of the material M with light from a light source 6 through a light-projecting fiber 5 out of the tip end of a detecting probe 3 and transmits the reflected light to a spectral detector 8 through a light-receiving fiber 7. When irradiating normal reflectance part B of the material M, the optical sensor sends only an OFF signal to a piezo element 10. On the other hand, the light-irradiation of a part A causes the change in reflectance. If the part A is recognized to be an object part by the spectral detector 8, a signal is transmitted to an oscillator 13 through a signal cable 16; thus, an ON signal is sent to the piezo element 10 through a piezo applying signal tube 12 so that a predetermined amount of a liquid is jetted out of a nozzle 9 to be applied to the part A. Furthermore, the liquid is supplied from a liquid tank 15 to the nozzle part through a liquid transfer tube 14. |
