PURPOSE:To form a highly accurate gap having stable characteristics by using a core fixing member made of shape memory alloy for positioning a pair of right and left cores as fitting members. CONSTITUTION:In the case of abutting a pair of right and left cores 1a, 1b through a gap 2 and positioning and fixing them, the restoration force of the shape memory alloy made core fixing member 5 fitted to the pair of cores to a stored shape is utilized. Since the core fixing member 5 is fitted to a pair of right and left cores 1a, 1b as one fitting member, the member 5 can be fitted to the cores with a fixed accuracy. When the stored shape of the member 5 is fixed so as to apply a fixed preparatory pressure (clamping force) to the cores 1a, 1b, the pair of the cores 1a, 1b can be clamped and positioned by restoring the stored shape by operation temperature. Consequently, the generation of deviation or deformation between the right and left cores 1a, 1b can be removed and the highly accurate gap 2 having stable characteristics can be obtained. |
