<p>PURPOSE:To simplify constitution and to attain ease of adjustment and assembling by supporting a spherical body detecting the amount of a shift by means of a cylindrical support. CONSTITUTION:The spherical body 16 is provided in a housing 11 and the lower part is projected from an opening 17 of a base 12 so as to be contacted with a plane 15. The spherical body 16 is inserted in the inside of the cylindrical support 18 and supported so as to be rotated around. The support 18 is provided with two openings 19a, 19b at an interval of 90 deg.. Two rolls 20a, 20b are contacted with the spherical body 16 through the openings 19a, 19b of the support 18 respectively. The rolls 20a, 20b are fitted respectively to the revolving shafts 22a, 22b of encoders 21a, 21b. The encoders 21a, 21b detet the rotary angle of the rolls 20a, 20b and a signal in respone to the rotary angle of the rolls 20a, 20b is obtained.</p> |
