PURPOSE:To increase the rigidity of a housing, to reduce vibrations, to inhibit resonance and to prevent a step-out by forming a rib to the housing. CONSTITUTION:One end of a rotor shaft 14 is penetrated to a bearing 1 for a stator 6, and a permanent magnet 15 is faced oppositely to pole teeth. A bearing 7 for a housing 13 is penetrated to the rotor shaft 14, the circumferential wall 11 of the housing 13 is fitted to the peripheral section 4 of the stator 6 while a rib 12 is engaged with a positioning groove 5, and the peripheral section 4 and the circumferential wall are welded. Magnetic flux by the permanent magnet 15 passes through the path of the pole teeth 8, a stator pole 2, the stator 6, the peripheral section 4, the circumferential wall 11, the housing 13, pole teeth 9 and the permanent magnet 15.
