The abrasive jet device, which is fixed to a mobile structure (1) comprises an abrasive chamber (8) with an opening (9) and a centrifugal wheel (8). Sealing casings (13, 13a) are arranged on the peripheries (10, 11) of the opening (9). Each casing (13, 13a) is provided, along the opening (9), with elastic sealing strips (15) and a driveable cylinder-brush (14). A collection chamber (16) is fitted at the casing (13a) which is the lower of the two during vertical displacement, said casing being operationally connected, via a delivery system (17), with the cleaning device (18).
