The sheet intended especially to be placed on construction units covered with a water-repellent hydrocarbon material comprises at least one layer based on plasticised polyvinyl chloride and at least one layer of copolyamide with a degree of crystallinity lower than 20%. The sheet may be produced by hot lamination, coextrusion, extrusion coating or coating.
