发明名称 METHOD AND INSTRUMENT FOR MEASURING FLOW RATE IN MATERIAL MIXTURE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To measure the flow rate per unit sectional area perpendicular to the flow velocity direction directly on the spot without disturbing the states of a material mixture contg. fluid and the flow by utilizing the heat conduction of the material mixture. CONSTITUTION:A heat source 1 and temp. sensing parts 2, 3 which can be regarded as points are installed in the direction where the fluid flows in the material mixture to be measured of the flow rate. Signals of different frequencies are inputted to the heat source 1 and the temp. signals in the temp. sensing parts 2, 3 changing with said signals are detected. The frequency signals inputted from the heat source 1 are transmitted in the transmission characteristics associated to the material constant of the material mixture 4 and the flow rate of the fluid in said material mixture. The phase difference in the temp. signals detected by the temp. sensing parts 2, 3 are, therefore, determined, and the average flow rate of the fluid flowing in the material mixture 4 can be determined. The flow rate per unit area perpendicular to the flow velocity direction is thereby measured directly on the spot without disturbing the states of the material mixture and the flow.</p>
