PURPOSE:To accurately detect inputted logic data, by setting the DC level of the output of a differentiation circuit at the inside of the hysteresis width of a comparator. CONSTITUTION:The DC level of a differential waveform is biased to a reference voltage VS2 that is a middle point between the higher threshold voltage VS3 and the lower threshold voltage VS4 of the comparator 5 by a bias circuit 3. And the comparator 5, when an input exceeds over the higher threshold voltage VS3, outputs a high level to a point D until the input drops less than the lower threshold voltage VS4, and when the input drops less than the lower threshold voltage VS4, it outputs a low level to the point D until the input exceeds the higher threshold voltage VS3. In such a way, it is possible to output an accurate data detecting output in which a DC component and low frequency noise are eliminated from an input signal by the comparator 5.
