PURPOSE:To easily obtain the creeping distance to be used for dielectric strength, and to eliminate the necessity of the use of material of high dielectric constant and to prevent the increase in size of a capacitor by a method wherein a cylindrical insulative wall is provided between electrodes. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical insulating material 3 is provided on the filter capacitor to be used to prevent the noise generating on the magntron used for the electronic range composed of a dielectric 5 and the capacitor electrodes 4 and 6 on the upper and the lower surfaces. The creeping distance of 17.5 mm between the capacitor electrodes on the upper and the lower surfaces, to be used for dielectric strength, can be obtained without increasing the thickness of the dielectric 5 and also without reducing the area of formation of the capacitor electrode 4 on the upper surface by constituting the capacitor as above-mentioned. In other words, the creeping distance for dielectric strength can be obtained easily, and the use of material of high dielectric constant and increase in size of the capacitor can be avsided.
