PURPOSE:To avoid the need for external energy at all, by forming the self- starting permanent-magnet rotary-machine of a multi-magnetic phase magnetic- circuit composed of two sets of closed magnetic circuits. CONSTITUTION:A multi-magnetic phase magnetic-rotary machine is composed of permanent magnets 1 for a stationary field system, permanent magnets 2 for a rotor, field pole magnetically-permeable-discs 3, stationary field poles 6, magnetic shield rings 8, magnetic conduction elements 9, magnetic feed sections 10, a rotor frame 13 and a main shaft 15, a main unit frame 17, and the like. To apply magnetic polarity, the magnetic proportion of multi-magnetic phase patterns is performed by the magnetic shield rings 8 and the magnetic conduction elements 9 rotating in the same manner as that of the rotation of a rotor. According to the magnetic proportion, from the rotor, the rotational torque of magnetic repulsion and magnetic attraction is generated. Besides, by the magnetic poles 4-5 of the rotor, magnetism is branched to the magnetic conduction elements 9 and is combined with magnetism for a field system, and a stationary field system magnetic-force is intensified. As a result, the permanent magnets are set to be energy sources, and so the energy of a power source is not needed at all.
