摘要 PURPOSE:To make yield higher than conventional power unit structure, and to reduce cost as a whole by mounting a printed board for power supply to a power unit body, giving play within a specified range in a power unit. CONSTITUTION:Cylindrical collars 27 are inserted into holes 25a for mounting normally positioned at the four corners of a printed board 25 for power supply, and a power unit body 21 and a unit cover 21a are connected and fixed by screws 28 through the collars 27. The inside diameter D of the hole 25a for mounting is made larger than the outside diameter (d) of the collar 27, and the length T of the collar 27 is made larger than the thickness (t) of the printed board 25. Consequently, looseness in the vertical direction is given by the difference between the inside diameter D of the hole 25a for mounting and the outside diameter (d) of the collar 27, and looseness in the horizontal direction is given by the difference between the length T of the collar 27 and the thickness (t) of the printed board 25. Accordingly, the printed board 25 is fixed to a frame for an electronic equipment even after it is mounted to a device, thus preventing the application of stress to a back board even when the printed board is used where vibrations are applied.
