PURPOSE:To improve the convenience for use and reduce the number of parts in the valve in the caption by selectively performing a mechanical operation such as action of stepping on a pedal or a pneumatic operation. CONSTITUTION:Action of stepping on a pedal 23 drives a piston 33 via a spring seat 35 and a spring 37 so that a valve body 27 is slidden in one direction. Then, an inlet port 26 and an outlet port 32 communicate with each other so that compressed air supplied to the inlet port 26 is discharged from the outlet port 32. Meanwhile, the supply of the compressed air to an operational pressure chamber 36 through a control port 40 drives the piston 33 so that the valve body 27 is shifted, resulting in the communication between the inlet port 26 and the outlet port 32.
