The invention relates to a method for automatically cooking alimentary pasta essentially comprising the steps of: filling in a small basket (2) the pasta to be cooked and a suitable salt amount;introducing the basket in a cooking basin (1);supplying the basin with hot water derived from a boiler (13); circulating the cooking water at a controlled temperature;removing, at the end of the cooking time,the cooking water from the basin and sending it to an accumulating tank (34) therefrom it will be discharged through a heat exchanger (19); introducing cold water into the basin in order to stop the cooking operation and discharging the cold water from the basin and removing the basket. |
