<p>PURPOSE:To improve yield and productivity of a material, by a method wherein a rubber skin to be produced through slice processing of a molded rubber sheet is arranged on a contacting surface of a pressurizing mold at the time of manufacturing of the rubber sheet by compressing a rubber powder material. CONSTITUTION:A recessed mold 2 is filled with rubber powder 1 obtained by adding a reinforcing agent, brinder and molding auxiliary agent to rubber, nylon and polyester by taking out those by crushing waste matters of rubber product such as waste tire for a vehicle and compression is effected by pressurizing the same by a projected mold 3 under heating. In this instance, rubber skins 4, 5 are arranged so that the rubber powder 1 does not come into contact directly with the surfaces of the molds 2, 3. Matters produced at the time of slice processing of a rubber sheet molded already into a desired thickness are used for the rubber skins 4, 5. With this construction, thermal conduction becomes favorable and it becomes possible to shorten a molding period of time and to improve yield and productivity of a material.</p> |
