PURPOSE:To shorten a time required for the communication of data by feeding only the changed part of the data after a second page by making the data of a first page a reference to improve the transmission efficiency of the data and reduce a transmitting time and a transmission cost. CONSTITUTION:At the time of a transmission, the contents of a memory 2 for the picture of the first page are evaluated to divide the picture and the range of a block is transmitted to a block information memory 4 and a transmitter 7. When the transmitted picture is the first page, all the data of a memory 3 for editing the transmitted first page picture is erased and when it is not the first page, the data of the memory 2 is transferred to the memory 3. The exclusive OR of the data of the memories 2, 3 is transferred to the memory 3 and an edition processor 5 inspects the contents for every block divided according to the block information of the memory 4. Consequently, when the inspected block is different from the previously transferred data, a block number and the data are transferred to the transmitter 7. Thereby, the transmission efficiency of the data is improved to enhance the speed of transmitting the picture and reduce the cost.
