PURPOSE:To efficiently improve the workability in aligned winding of a superfine flat type enamel wire by a method wherein a winding starting end pressing structure and the like, with which a superfine flat type enamel wire will be started is pressed from above, is provided on a winding jig. CONSTITUTION:A horizontally swinging nozzle 21, which discharges the prescribed quantity of a liquid bonding agent, is provided at the upper part of the position which is shifted by 40 deg. or more to the rotating direction of a winding jig 3 from the position of a winding starting part pressing mechanism 20. The back winding repulsive force of the wound coil is suppressed by the winding-starting part pressing mechanism 20 which presses from above the superfine flat type enamel wire 1, the winding of which is started on the winding jig 3. Moreover, the coil is completely pressed by a painted-part pressing mechanism 22, and under that state, the prescribed quantity of the liquid bonding agent is discharged. Besides, the liquid bonding agent is uniformly coated while the bonding agent is spread by the turning force of the winding jig 3 and the pressing force of the painted part pressing mechanism 22. |
