The tool is adjusted to allow the insulation cutting and length cutting blades of a wire cutting system to be externally set. The tool has a pair of adjustment screws (2,3) that are mounted on one end of the block. The wire (11) is fed through a central aperture (10) that is connecte dto a compressed air supply. At the end of the housing block a pair of cutting blades (9,9') that cut the wire to a preset length. Insulation is cut away from the wire by blades located in guides (7,7',7''). A screw thread adjuster (16) with coupling (5,6) allows the lengths to be manually set.
