PURPOSE:To accurately measure a radio wave by using electric field intensity corresponding to antenna position information from an antenna driving means and electric field intensity corresponding to a frequency band. CONSTITUTION:An antenna driving device 12 directs a directional antenna 10 in a desired direction and a received radio wave is inputted to a switch 14. The switch 14 inputs either of this received radio wave or a standard signal from a microwave signal generating device 16 to the input terminal C of a switch 18 or a low-noise amplifier 20. The output of the amplifier 20 is inputted to the input terminal E of the switch 18, which inputs one of the input signals to a spectrum analyzer 22 to measure a specific frequency or electric field intensity in the specific frequency band. A control arithmetic processor 30 drives and controls the device 12 and also perform specific arithmetic processing according to data inputted from an analyzer 22, a microwave wattmeter 24, and a frequency meter 26 and various constants inputted from an input device 32a, thereby accurately and easily measuring the radio wave corresponding to the antenna position or frequency.
