PURPOSE:To obtain a processing distributed control system by processing command data of the first auxiliary data part of communication data by a communication controller and constituting a control code part again in accordance with the address of the following auxiliary data part to transmit communication data to another communication controller. CONSTITUTION:Plural terminal equipments 17, 19, and 21 having communication controllers 16, 18, and 20 are connected by a communication line 15. The data part following the control code part in a communication packet transmitted from one communication controller 16 to another communication controller 18 consists of plural pairs of address data and command data. The communication controller 18 which receives communication data 22 converts the address for another communication controller 20 of address data, which is other than data to be processed in the controller 18 and follows this data, to a control code and transmits data. The communication data part is successively received and transmitted in this manner until being completedly processed. Thus, a bus system in the distributed control system is constituted even with communication controllers which have not a data sequence processing capability.
