PURPOSE:To eliminate temporary frames by a method in which form concrete blocks of a hollow panel form are inserted into a trench along the wall of a basement, concrete is placed into the hollows of the blocks to form a wall, and the ground inside the wall is excavated to form a space. CONSTITUTION:Form concrete blocks 4 are arranged in a laminar form on the breaking joints to form panels 13. The panels 13 are connectedly set in a trench 31 formed along the wall of a basement to form surrounding walls, necessary reinforcing bars are set in the hollows 29, and concrete is placed. Wall beams 34 are constructed on the upper end of the wall 32 and the ground surrounded by the walls 32 is excavated to form a space. Stones 36 are laid on the bottom of the space, and concrete 37 is placed on the bottom. The needs for constructing sheathing can thus be eliminated.
