PURPOSE:To reduce a ringer out-going processing load by executing the scanning registration of a ringer receivable extension at the detecting time of a in-coming ringer out of all incoming synthesizing subject extensions and synchronizing a built-in ringer to an in-coming ringer only for the registered extension and out-going it in a stored program control system switching processing unit. CONSTITUTION:An in-coming and ringer detecting means 2 has a normal pass setting processing part to connect a terminating call to an switching processing unit 4 through a network 6 to the extension of beforehand determined number and besides, a ringer detecting part to detect the ON/OFF of the in-coming ringer and to give the detecting signal to an extension supervizing means 8. A first housing area registers the discriminating information of all in-coming synchronizing subject extension to the terminating call. By the extension supervizing means 8, at the detecting time of the initial ON/OFF of the in-coming ringer, a ringer receivable condition out of all in-coming synchronizing subject extensions is supervised. The discriminating information of the confirmed extension is moved from the housing area 10 to a second housing area 12 and to all extensions discriminated by this housing area 12, the ringer signal of a ringer 14 is synthesized in each ON/OFF after the initial ON/OFF detection and transmitted.
