PURPOSE:To realize a pull-out test which facilitates the repair of a concrete structure by embedding an pull-out cone in the concrete structure and pulling out the pull-out cone in the bottom part direction after concrete sets. CONSTITUTION:The bottom part of the pull-out cone 10 is brought into contact with a form 17 as shown in a figure (a) and fixed by screwing a bolt 16 threadably with an pull-out hole 14. Then concrete 18 is sprayed on the cone 10 and the bolt 16 is unscrewed after the concrete 18 sets to remove the form 17. A press-contacting plate 19 is applied to the outer periphery of the bottom part of the cone 10 as shown in a figure (b) and a bolt 20 is fixed to the pull-out hole 14 of the cone 10; and the bolt 20 is fitted to a center hole jack 21 by obtaining reaction from the press-contacting plate 19 to extract the cone 10. The cone 10 in the concrete 18 is destroyed along a concrete shearing surface. The current maximum destruction load is divided by the shearing area to find pull-out shearing strength. Then the soundness of the concrete is secured because of the shearing projection part of the cone 10 and the destruction surface due to a recessed part 12 is extremely small, so its repair is easy.
