PURPOSE:To make the constitution of a multiplex transmission device simple and compact, by dividing transmitting signals by utilizing a zero-cross pulse train, signal selecting circuit, and decoder circuit. CONSTITUTION:Zero-cross pulses Rc, Sc, and Tc of each phase R, S, and T of the power from a synchronizing square-wave generating circuit 12 which generates square waves Ra, Sa, and Ta synchronized to each phase of the power are combined to a zero-cross pulse train and, by using the zero-cross pulse train as a select signal for time division at a signal selecting circuit 13, the square waves Ra, Sa, and Ta from the circuit 12 are divided by means of a decoder circuit 14 which is controlled by the select signal. Therefore, conventional complicated waveform processing or waveform transformation by means of a CPU, etc., becomes unnecessary. Thus the device can be made simple and compact in constitution.
