Compounds of Formula (I): in which X is H, F, Cl, Br, I, C 1-4alkyl, CN NO2, SO2NH2, COOH, OH, CHO, C 1-4alkoxy, CH2OH, CF3, SO2CH3, SO2CF3, or CO2C aH 2a+1 wherein a is 1-5, or any synthetically accessible combination thereof of up to 5 substituents, n is 0-5, R and R' independently are H or C 1-4alkyl, or any pharmaceutically acceptable salt or hydrate thereof, processes for their preparation, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and their use in therapy as dopamine- beta -hydroxylase inhibitors.
