PURPOSE:To prevent a prepreg and a copper foil from cracking by providing a copper foil through the prepreg as an insulating layer on a metal plate, and then bending it in a high temperature state of a predetermined temperature range in case of bending it in a predetermined shape. CONSTITUTION:Prepregs 6 are laminated and bonded on both side faces of a metal plate 5 in which a through hole 5a is opened at a predetermined position, a copper foil is laminated and bonded on one side face through the prepreg 6, and etched to form a copper foil pattern 7. Then, the pattern 7 is coated with a solder resist 8 except a land 7a, a terminal insertion hole 9 is opened at the prepreg 8 filled in the hole 5a, and then bent by a twin roll bending machine or the like to obtain a metal base laminated board 2. The temperature at the time of bending is set to 40-100 deg.C or lower to obtain 2.5% or more of elongation rate for both the prepreg and the copper foil. Thus, even if the laminated board is bent approx. 150mm of radius of curvature, there is no anxiety of cracking.
