PURPOSE:To realize a high efficient system by connecting mutually the input/ output of a slave processor element and the input/output of a master processor and making an arrangement by the connection into a ring shape. CONSTITUTION:Plural slave processor elements having a rule memory function, a competitive set preparing function, a competitive cancelling function, an input/ output function and an action control function are included in the constitution and further, a master processor having the rule memory function, a working memory function, a rule executing function, an input/output function and an action control function is included in the constitution. At least a pair of input and output of slave processor elements 1 and at least a pair of input and output of the master processor are mutually connected and the arrangement by the connection has a ring shape. Thus, the system is efficiently operated and can be applied to various sizes of the system.
