PURPOSE:To prevent bubbles generated in lubricating oil from being sucked into a pump by providing a partition wall which partitions a main clutch plus an interlocking mechanism and a front-wheel clutch up and down and which also partitions a traveling gear transmission and the front-wheel clutch in front and in rear. CONSTITUTION:A partition wall 25 for partitioning the inside of the case 4A of a traveling gear transmission into plural spaces is provided in the case 4A. That is, a horizontal wall part 25A is provided between a space part 23A for housing an interlocking mechanism 10 and a main clutch 8 and a space part 24 for housing a front-wheel clutch and a front wheel transmission 19. Also, a vertical wall part 25B is provided between the space parts 23A, 24 and a space part 23B for housing a traveling gear transmission. And, connecting holes 25a, 25b are formed on the horizontal wall part 25A and the vertical wall part 25B respectively, in order to provide a lubricating oil passage 26A from the space part 23A to the space part 24 and a lubricating oil passage 26B from the space part 23B to the space part 24, on the partition wall 25.
