PURPOSE:To aim at improvements in antioxidation for a conductive pattern, suppression of migration and durability by covering all but a connector area with an electric insulating coat. CONSTITUTION:A silver pattern 2 is formed on an insulating sheet 1, and a carbon pattern 3 is formed on this silver pattern in addition. Each and face F of the silver pattern 2 and the carbon pattern 3 and a surface of the carbon pattern 3 are covered with insulating resist 4 excepting a contact part G which is completely closed to a connector pin at the time of connector junction. Consequently, since a terminal part of a connector terminal output part is completely covered with an electric insulating coat, oxdation, aging, migration, or the like in this connector terminal part is prevented from occurring.
