PURPOSE:To obtain the titled resin composition, having excellent sliding characteristics and mechanical properties without impairing essential characteristics of a resin and suitable as a material for sliding parts, by adding heat-resistant fiber powder and sulfide compound powder to a perfluoroalkoxy resin. CONSTITUTION:A resin composition consisting of (A) 45-90wt.%, preferably 55-85wt.% perfluoroalkoxy resin consisting of a copolymer containing tetrafluoroethylene and a comonomer capable of providing perfluoroalkoxy side chains, (B) 5-40wt.%, preferably 8-35wt.% heat-resistant fiber powder which is powder of a heat-resistant fiber (e.g. glass fiber), having <=10mm, particularly <=5mm fiber length, capable of withstanding molding temperatures of the component (A) and obtained by treating with a silane coupling agent, etc., and (C) 3-40wt.%, preferably 5-30wt.% sulfide compound powder, preferably cadmium sulfide or molybdenum sulfide having preferably <=50mum particle diameter. |
